3. Intellectual Property
The "BUILDUDE" brand, logos, software, and content are the exclusive property of SHANTEK DEV PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
SHANTEK DEV PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any disputes, injuries, or losses arising from the interactions between users on the platform. We provide the tool for connectivity but do not act as an employer.
